We were looking for an agency to develop a brand-new merchandising approach for Tefal. The reason we chose Why? is that during the pitch, Why? people kept on asking us questions and challenging our hypotheses and strategies.... Having done that, we fine-tuned together our objectives, and Why? came afterwards with great proposals.... Which pleased us as well as our retailers ! The project is now being widespread far beyond Singapore !
